Subject syllabus

1. Introduction to rapid prototyping - development and creation process components.
2. Technology 3D printing - construction concept 3D printed parts, design, location, configuration, supports.
3. Technology 3D printing - SLA, SLS, SGC (principles, materials, analysis of material and technological properties, use).
4. Technology 3D printing - LOM, FDM, MJM (principles, materials, analysis of the material and technological properties, application).
5. The parameters affecting the quality of 3D printing, software and open source systems for 3D printing.
6. Technology 3D scanning in automotive- methods of digitizing the image.
7. Technology 3D scanning in automotive - types of 3D scanners.
8. Technology 3D scanning in automotive - reverse engineering.
9. Methods of stereoscopic projection, polarization (linear and circular) impact on stereoscopic perception.
10. Methods of capturing and recording stereoscopic video projection demonstration in automotive.
11. Virtual reality methods, complemented by reality. Principles, definitions, hw. equipment. Examples of individual systems.
12. Creating VR environments, importing CAD data into VR, setting the scene, presentation options, practical demonstrations.
13. Smart technology - smart house, smart factory, wearable electronics, interconnection of smart systems.
14. Summary of the subject.
