Surface treatment of industrial products

Summary

The course focuses on technologies and procedures for surface treatment of products using organic coatings. Students will gain knowledge about surface preparation, protection against corrosion and oxidation, application of sprays and coatings, finishing operations, and procedures for repairing defects. The course also includes quality control of surface treatments. After completing the course, students will be able to independently design a technological process for the surface treatment of various types of automotive parts and apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
