Controlled Forming

Summary

Principles of control forming. Grain size, microalloying elements, strain
behaviour, structure changes. Temperature conditions. Hardening and restoration
processes, effective strain and softening ratio, deformation resistance.
Influence of thermo-mechanical conditions on structure and mechanical
properties. Simulation of processes. Advance development of control forming
technology - rolling of flat products and profiles, forging.
