2. Examples of diversity of biological systems and the capacity to sustain it, global threats to the sustainability of biological systems
3. Greenhouse gas emissions and their impacts on human health and biodiversity, other negative impacts of anthropogenic activities on the environment
4. The European Sustainable Society Goals, the Green Deal for Europe in relation to energy management, energy security
5. Primary energy sources, their availability and sectoral consumption, national energy concept
6. Transformation of the use of energy sources over time, thermal energy sources in terms of their sustainability, reducing the negative impacts of fossil fuel use
7. Renewable energy sources, solar energy, wind energy, hydropower, geothermal energy, bioenergy, marine energy
8. Circular economy principles
9. Energy intensity of industrial processes, its assessment and ways of improving its efficiency
10. Energy transformation and storage
11. Economic instruments for reducing the energy intensity of industrial production, emission allowances changing the perspective on energy sourcing and the impact of measures on industrial sectors
