Sustainable thermal energy management

Anotace

The development of human society must have elements of responsibility. One of the pillars for ensuring that future generations can continue to progress is the implementation of the principles of sustainable development. The course introduces students to the issue of sustainability in the field of energy, especially thermal energy. Students will learn what sustainability means, what its social and economic interactions are, the main risks that threaten sustainability are defined, and on the other hand the listener will learn about measures that can eliminate these risks. Last but not least, the course includes an overview of the legislative instruments and economic incentives or restrictions that society adopts with the vision of achieving sustainability.
