Summary

The course provides a comprehensive insight into refractory materials used for high-temperature applications. Based on their properties, the student will be able to incorporate different types of refractory materials into specific applications. The course will cover the raw materials and technologies used to prepare, test, and apply these materials. The curriculum also includes company visits and a guest lecture from an industry expert.
