Identification of chemical and phase composition

Summary

The subject is focused to solving relations between chemical and phase composition of materials and theirs properties. There are presented fundamental methods of chemical and phase analysis of ceramics raw materials and products. The significant attention is paid to methods of determination phase composition of ceramics systems. Content of subject is x-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, methods of thermal analysis, calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.
