Subject syllabus

1. Meteorological and climate basics - how it affects weather and climate heating buildings. Environmental factors - temperature, humidity, wind, solar radiation.
2. Thermal comfort - definition, influences, their officials. Heat production, the equation of thermal comfort, temperature regulation. Flow in the heated space.
3. Heat losses of buildings - transmission and ventilation losses.
4. Basis of structural design and construction in terms of thermal properties.
5. Categorization of heat - the boiler room, fuel economy, principles of co-production of heat and electricity, heating systems, heat pumps.
6. Heating networks - types and construction, transfer stations, hydraulic calculation, calculation of thermal isolation.
7. Heating of buildings - types of heating, heat and fuel consumption in heating buildings.
8. Ways to reduce the cost of heating, building thermal insulation.
9. Local heating - heaters for solid, liquid and gaseous fuels, local boiler and furnaces.
10. Central heating - heating, piping and thermal heating networks, transfer stations, control systems.
11. Types of heating systems, layout and components.
12. Other possibilities heating - floor, radiant, infrared, hot air.
13. Principles of ventilation - natural and mechanical ventilation, exhaust and air distribution, mixing and humidification.
14. Air conditioning - air conditioning types, distribution and conditioning on the design of heat transfer fluids, climate control, air conditioning system components.
