Methods of the preparation of nanomaterials, forming technologies, processes of condensing and mechanical alloying, preparation of nanomaterials using powder metallurgy in electric field.
Chemical method of preparation of nanomaterials, pulse laser method, pyrolysis, application HF generated plasma.
PVD, CVD, epitaxy.
Characteristics of nanostructured materials, chemical, mechanical, optical, magnetic, electron transport properties.
Examples of the application of nanomaterials.
