Basis of Automation of Technological Processes

Summary

Course deals with basic terms from technical cybernetics branch, methods of
controlled systems selection on technological equipment, methods of controlled
systems mathematical description, and types and characteristics of controllers
and theory of feedback control. As next it instructs about methods of computer
control of technological and basic types of used control algorithms and methods
of their synthesis. Problems of dependability of automated systems are also
discussed. Above mentioned problems are explained on examples of metallurgical
plant automation with closed production cycle.
