Quality Management

Summary

The goal of subject is to inform the students of the basic principles of
quality management systems, the ways of its development and concepts of
advancement. The students give the information about present perception of
quality, concepts of both ISO 9000 standards and TQM. They will understand the
basic economic contexts of quality management and learn to use the basic method
and tools of quality management. They also receive the basic information
regarding the environmental management (EMS) and its relation to quality
management system in the frame of integral management.
