Process Management

Summary

Understanding the process approach principles is the main goal of this
subject. The subject is mainly specialized in an analysis of time, subject and
space structure of the production process using operations research methods,
simulation programmes, software for integrated business process management
etc.). The firms norm base, progressive management systems (JIT, KANBAN, MRPI,
MRPII, OPT, DBR) production planning, scheduling and control, production
conformity verification, identification, traceability systems and maintenance
systems are dealt with, too.
