Basics of Hydrology and Pedology

Summary

Bbasics of hydrology, quantification of water supplies in the hydrosphere are studied. Elements of the hydrological balance, procedures for the measurement of basic hydrological variables, their statistical and graphical processing are studied. Further the study is focused on soil forming factors, physical and physico-chemical characteristics of the soil, agrochemical soil characteristics, soil water, hydrostatics and hydrodynamics of soil water, soil classification. Finally, attention is paid to movement of water below the surface, hydropedological survey and water regime of soil.
