Subject syllabus

1. Entering topics theses students.
2.Basic procedures for making copying models using plastic , flexible resin - Lukopren .
3. Manufacture of plaster molds using wax models , treatment models , model casting in plaster , rendering, wax model , igniting mold , pouring metal into a mold release and finishing casting.
4.Procedures for fabrication of ceramic shell molds for precision casting, investment casting , connection of individual models in assemblies , rendering, wax model , annealing shell mold , odllití metal finishing, shot blasting .
5. Final adjustments casting , chasing - basics, chasing bronze castings plaket.a figural sculptures. Chiselled iron reliefs.
6. Basic procedures patina , practical verification of the various procedures patina on castings from alloys of iron and non-ferrous metals.
7. Completion of compulsory practice of at least 60 hours per semester in workshops and foundries aimed at making articles uměleckořemeslného character, free figural sculptures, reliefs and plaques.
8. Work on assigned undergraduate work instructions leading theses and consultation with experts .
