Subject syllabus

• Crystalline structure of metals. Slipes and sliping planes - Sliping systems.
• Deffects of crystal lattice. Vacations, dislocations and their intersections, stacking faults. The stress around dislocation and energy.
• The tensity during forming, the general solution of spatial tensity.
• Limit plasticity of metals, plasticity hypothesis. Effect of tensity state on limits od plasticity. Conditions of plasticity, indicator of state of stress, determination of limits the stress states.
• Plastic deformation of monocrystall and polycrystall. The mechanism of plastic deformation. Increments of deformation stress.
• The stress - strain curves during hot and cold forming. The basic mathematical description of stress - strain curves, using of linear regression.
• Analysis of stress - strain curves controlled by dynamic softening processes.
• The kinetics of recrystallization - the Avrami equation. The influence of thermomechanical conditions on kinetics of static and dynamic recrystallization.
• The controll evolution of structure during deformation and during cooling of hot formed products.
• The austenite transformation during cooling of steels. The characteristic and possibility of usinig transformation diagrams with influence of deformation.
• The possibility aplication of plastometric simulation. The basic mathematical expression of stress and strain. Applicability to real forming processes.
• The characteristics and usiability of progressive metallic materials.
