1. Introduction; basic classification of non-ferrous metals and their alloys; summary of characteristics and areas of use.
2. Aluminum and its alloys; alloying elements, classification of aluminum alloy; heat treatment, structure and properties of individual types of alloys; main areas of use.
3. Magnesium and its alloys; alloying elements, classification of magnesium alloys; heat treatment, structure and properties of individual types of alloys; main areas of use.
4. Nickel and its alloys; alloying elements, classification of nickel alloys; heat treatment, structure and properties of individual types of alloys; nickel-based superalloys; main areas of use.
5. Copper and its alloys; alloying elements, classification of copper alloys; heat treatment, structure and properties of individual types of alloys; main areas of use.
6. Titanium and its alloys; allotropic modifications of titanium; types of phase transformations; alloying elements, classification of titanium alloys; heat treatment, structure and properties of individual types of alloys; main areas of use.
7. Other non-ferrous metals and their alloys - Co, Zn, Pb, etc., alloying elements, main areas of application.
