Summary

Student will know: to orientate oneself in special materials for selected uses; to select application areas in relation of processing technologies, structures and microstructures of the materials; to characterize advantage and limitation of the application in different industries: aircraft, automotive, medicine, consumer goods, energy, naval, etc.
