Magnetismus a spintronika

Anotace

The course is designed to provide the graduate with an introduction to the fundamentals of magnetic properties of materials and thin film magnetism. The second part of the course deals with the field of spintronics, in which material magnetization plays an important role. Magnetoresistance phenomena and the interaction of spin current with magnetization, which are fundamental in both current and future data storage technologies, will be discussed.
