Objectives expressed by achieved skills and competence
- differentiate between systems of private-law and public-law consumer protection
- categorize consumer contracts
- classify forms of competition (illegal restriction of competition, unfair competition)
- characterize rights of intellectual proprietor (copyright law and industrial laws)
- compare license contract and license contract on industrial property
- apply methods to create internal standards
