Summary
Annotation
Course includes lecture on consumer protection rights (its subject, meaning, system, principles and sources; private-law and public-law level of consumer protection). Lecture is also given on consumer contracts provided in law no. 40/1964 of the Civil Code. Course further includes lectures on quality control and consumer protection (quality, legal regulation, quality control under ISO 9000, TQM, instruments and methods of quality control), copyright law, industrial laws, license (license contract, to subjects of industrial property), competition illegal restriction of competition, unfair competition) and methodology of internal company standards creation (internal regulations).
