Anotace
Business Partner C1
Students will learn about the types of workplace clashes that may occur at work and the techniques that will help them understand and resolve these conflicts. Students will also acquire the language skills needed to express themselves effectively in these conflict situations. In the final unit of the textbook students will get familiar with different types of mindsets and the concept of “action learning.” Students will learn phrases suitable for self-assessment. During the seminars, students will also give 10-minute presentations on a topic of their choice within their field.
