To acquaint students with biomechanics as a branch of science and to incorporate it into the system of science.To explain the physical fundamentals of biomechanics and basic terms concerning the biomechanics of physical exercises and the biomechanics of a human body.To describe regularities when analyzing the basic balance position and motion in sports.
