Selective Sport C

Anotace

To contribute to improving the students' physical condition.To develop students' locomotive skills and abilities by offering a range of sports. To acquaint the students with the methodology, techniques, and tactics of the chosen sort of sport.

Main topics (sylabus Tennis 1.-6., Badminton 7.-11., 12.-13. tournaments) of the course:
1. Introduction to the organization and course of teaching, safety, initial diagnostics of probands.
2. Introduction to the basic rules of the game, theory (video demonstration) of the basic technique of forehand, training and mastering the basic technique (forehand) using a recording machine. Video analysis of forehand probands, practice of basic forehand technique.
3. Theory of basic technique (video demonstration) backhand, training (backhand) using a recording machine. Video analysis of backhand probands, backhand training.
4. Theory (video demonstration) basic technique of submission, practice of submission. Theory (video demonstration) network game, call and smash training.
5. Application of tactics and strategy in singles, practice of the game. Video analysis of probands in singles, practice of the game.
6. Application of tactics and strategy in doubles, practice of the game. Video analysis of probands in doubles, practice of the game.
7. To familiarize the students with sports badminton, to explain the rules of the game.
8. To teach the students the whole strike range and its practical use in competitive game.
9. To master tactics in single and double matches.
10. To teach students how to referee matches and organize different variations of the badminton and tennis tournament.
11. Badminton: tournament (singles and doubles).
12. Tennis: tournament (singles and doubles).
13. Output diagnostics.
