Physical Chemistry

Anotace

The course is focused on acquiring basic knowledge of physical chemistry, which students will develop in other related subjects such as analytical chemistry, quantum chemistry, and methods of nanomaterials study. The main stress is lay on knowledge of chemical thermodynamics, equilibria in non-electrolyte and electrolyte systems, equilibria of homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical reactions. The second part deals with the description of the kinetics and the theory of chemical reaction mechanisms.
