Safety Culture

Summary

The course focuses on a safety culture that is perceived as the next level of safety management. Companies are beginning to realize that due to security developments and changes, it is necessary to develop not only the technical and organizational aspects of security, but to focus much more on employee behavior and security awareness.
Building a high safety culture brings with it a large number of positive effects in other areas of corporate development and management, but also places knowledge, skills and competences beyond OSH as commonly perceived. HSE professionals therefore need to have sufficient knowledge of the subject and, in particular, to acquire the skills needed for continuous improvement in the safety culture. It is a whole set of especially soft skills in the field of influencing human behavior, psychology, creating habits, leadership, which they should acquire during the course.
