5. How to measure safety culture? Model of safety culture grid and BM coefficient.
6. Safe behavior - a key factor in safety culture. Principles of human behavior, model of human behavior.
7. Creating a safe routine, group behavior, changes in human behavior, psychological aspects important for creating safe habits.
8. The role of different levels of leadership in creating a culture of safety, taking responsibility, and effective leadership.
9. Missions, Visions and Goals - Their Role for Safety Culture. HSE Promotion. Communication as a key factor in achieving a high level of safety culture
10. Employee Motivation versus Employee Engagement. Involvement of all employees in HSE
11. Tools for safety management and their connection with safety culture
