7. Confirmation and refutation of hypotheses
8. Identification of risk control mechanisms and their failure
9. Methods of analysis: DOE, FTA, ETA,
10. Methods of analysis: MORT, security barriers analysis
11. Primary and root causes, their relationship and importance
12. Lessons learned
13. Action plan and its implementation. Importance of accident and accident investigation for enterprise, industrial segment and for society.
