The human factor in industrial safety

Cíle předmětu

The most important causes of adverse events in the industry : these events occur in a wide range from simple injuries to individuals to accidents with consequences of weapons of mass destruction and have an impact not only on the workers of the plant , but also the population over a wide area ( chemical accidents , accidents in nuclear facilities etc.). The study will deal with :
- Ways of assessing the impact of the human factor and the theory of mistakes (identification of errors and their causes,
- Methodology, the probability of human error )
- Reliability of human factors and methods of evaluation of factors affecting the reliability of the human factor in complex work systems
- Personality determinants as the basis for the reliability of human performance ,
- Ergonomics as the science of man in work systems
- A task analysis ,
- Hierarchical models of causality industrial accidents ,
