Anotace

The course is focused on the development of the world economy and the application of economic policies. After an introduction to the contemporary world economy and its functioning, the position of individual regions in the world economy and the response of economic policies are discussed in more detail in individual lectures. In addition to traditional concepts of economic policies, the approaches of economic policies applied in less developed regions are also studied. The course further develops current changes in the world economy and economic policy after the economic crisis of 2008.
