The subject brings basic information about managerial approaches to HRM in organisations. Clarifies personnel strategy and planning of the organisation, creation of its personnel policy and effective ways of acquiring, rewording, employment relations, developing and using of HR of the organization. The modul's focus is information on HR handling, conditions of its effective use and development of organisation's human potential.
