Human Resource Management

Summary

The aim of the course is to equip students professionally and practically with knowledge in the field of human resource management to increase employee engagement in the organization in a competitive environment. In this course, students are introduced to the basic concepts related to the field, the historical development of human resource management and the main activities of human resource management such as planning, recruiting, selecting, training and rewarding employees. The main emphasis is on performance management and employee motivation.
