1. Meaning, position and basic concepts of strategic management.
2. Methods of forecasting, importance of forecasts, basic development tendencies of the present.
3. Principles of strategic management, models of the strategy-making process.
4. Company mission, corporate objectives, vision, corporate philosophy.
5. Analysis of the external environment.
6. Analysis of the internal environment.
7. Financial analysis and financial planning within the corporate strategy.
8. Method of selecting the type of strategies (procedure, methods).
9. Implementation of strategies - individual steps.
10. Functional strategies.
11. Risk and crisis in terms of corporate strategy.
12. Current management approaches as part of strategic management.
13. Innovation process and innovation strategy.
14. Strategy of multinational and transnational companies in the conditions of
advancing globalization.
