4. Preparation of data for the questionnaire survey
5. Categorical data, frequency tables and graphs
6. Numerical data, measures of level, heterogeneity and normality
7. Item analysis in preference batteries
8. Hypothesis testing, one-sample and two-sample tests
9. Testing the percentages
10. Analysis of dependencies in tables
11. Analysis of variance, homogeneous groups
12. Advanced analysis of preference batteries
