Summary

Cross-sectional subject which provides basic theoretical knowledge about business economics. Students obtain knowledge about foundation, development, operation and termination of a business. Students acquaint with individual business activities as well. The economic aspect of the issues is emphasized and the accent is put on acquirement of the specialized terminology.

2. Typology of enterprises and organizations, business environment, neighborhood of company, life cycle of an enterprise.
3. Capital and ownership structure of a company.
4. Business efficiency - income, expenses, HV.
5. Business planning in the enterprise, organizational structures.
6. Marketing in the enterprise, methodology of pricing products.
7. Personnel Management.
8. Manufacturing processes in the company.
9. Quality management in organization.
10.New directions for successful development of the company.
