1. Introduction to the issue and requirements for construction in a broader context - requirements for land demarcation, siting of buildings and technical requirements for buildings.
2. Accessibility as a basic condition of the built environment - public spaces, civic amenities, housing, work buildings.
3. User aspect and basic requirements for independent movement and orientation in the built environment.
4. Basic principles of independent movement of persons with reduced mobility.
5. Basic principles of independent orientation of persons with visual impairment.
6. Basic principles of independent orientation for persons with hearing impairment.
7. Methodological provision of the built environment, public spaces and construction.
8. General requirements for accessibility and the principle of multiple senses - visual contrasts, orientation and information systems, communication systems.
9. Technical requirements for entrance, horizontal and vertical spaces.
10. Technical requirements for sanitary facilities and changing rooms.
11. Technical and special requirements for buildings for housing and apartments, accommodation facilities.
12. Technical and special requirements for civic amenity buildings - for buildings for education and training, sport
