Summary

In the course “Fundamentals of Investment Processes” students will learn about the principles of preparation and implementation of an investment project and the links to the exploitation phase of the investment cycle. The basic rules and methods of project management will be introduced. Students will gain an overview of the activities of the participants in the investment process and will also be introduced to the specifics of public construction projects in the Czech Republic.
