1. Introductory aspects of the basics of investment processes in the construction industry.
2. Terminology and terminology, legal standards related to investment construction and project management, classification of projects.
3. Investment cycle - individual phases, stages.
4. Project management standards, basic principles - Waterfall, Agil, hybrid.
5. Time and financial parameters of the investment cycle.
6. Participants of the investment process in construction, supervisors, state administration bodies.
7. Pre-investment phase - general characteristics, documents, studies, surveys.
8. Investment preparation - Project planning OKRs, Logical framework, WBS, WP, Gantt chart.
9. Investment plan, Feasibility study.
10. Investment phase - general characteristics, documentation.
11. Construction phase procedures and management - contractual relations, change management, invoicing.
12. Operational and disposal phase - documentation, maintenance, reproduction of assets.
13. Public construction investments in the Czech Republic - rules, procedures, connection with the non-public sphere.
