Subject syllabus

1. Basic concepts (architecture, civil engineering, construction, building object, pre-project preparation, project preparation, construction implementation phase, FM, etc.).
2. Pre-project preparation surveys (construction-historical survey, construction-technical surveys, construction-architectural surveys, etc.).
3. Survey of the current state of the building and the area.
4. Preliminary feasibility study and feasibility study (Prefeasibility study and Feasibility study) and their requirements.
5. Structure and significance of the construction program including approximate construction calculation according to THU.
6. Structure and pricing of design and engineering works (Charges of ČKAIT and ČKA, construction standards).
7. Meaning, scope and content of Documentation for permitting the project.
8. Meaning, scope and content of Documentation for construction.
9. Structure and budgeting of project documentation for construction objects using aggregated items or detailed items of construction and assembly work and materials. Methods of valuing ancillary costs associated with the implementation of the construction (indirect budget costs, reserve, etc.).
10. Time planning, time planning in construction documentation, modeling of time structures.
11. Meaning, scope and content of other Documentation (of actual construction, demolition work, construction log, etc.).
12. BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its importance in the current construction industry. Trends of future development in construction documentation.
13. Principles of BIM modeling of building structures and elements.
