Numerical Methods in Civil Engineering

Summary

In the subject "Numerical Methods in Civil Engineering", students are introduced to basic algorithmization procedures, which they then use to understand selected numerical mathematics procedures in application to structural mechanics problems. In particular, this will include working with polynomials, solving systems of linear equations, numerical integration and the use of these procedures in solving static problems using the finite element method.
