Anotace
Upon completion of the course, graduates will be able to identify and describe the legal, technical, operational, safety and environmental requirements related to airport operations and explain the principles of airport safeguarding, the construction, deterioration and maintenance of airport movement area pavements, the assessment of braking action, and the organisation of operations on movement areas and aprons. Graduates will be able to apply relevant aviation regulations and operational procedures, identify hazards, assess and manage safety risks, evaluate the environmental impacts of airport operations, and propose appropriate technical, operational and safety measures. Graduates will be able to independently prepare and defend a professional solution to a selected airport operations problem, formulate professional opinions, and assume responsibility for decision-making when addressing both standard and non-standard operational situations.
