Upon successful completion of the course, the student explains the importance of human performance and limitations for aviation safety, describes the fundamental physiological and psychological processes affecting pilot performance, interprets the influence of sensory perception, fatigue, stress, hypoxia, alcohol, medication and other factors on safe flight operations, analyses the basic causes and consequences of human error in pilot activities, applies the fundamental principles of safe aeronautical decision-making in simple operational scenarios, and evaluates the importance of personal responsibility, self-discipline and compliance with operational procedures in aviation.
