In this course, you will delve into the basics of logistics and gradually discover its key areas: supply, production and distribution. You will learn how to optimise supply, process data, solve complex production logistics problems or maximise profit from production programmes. Together, we'll look at modern technologies in manufacturing, logistics process simulations, and trends that are changing the industry. And to make sure it's not just theory, you'll also get hands-on logistics problem solving and an inspiring lecture from an expert practitioner.
