1. Introduction to the theme of the project

The course is implemented through
- Internships in practice, organized in cooperation with the teacher
- Or internships abroad
- Or according to the following schedule

everything is done according to the current study regulations, in particular Article. 8

2. Background research topic (internship with the company)
3. Solutions and consultation procedure
4. Presentation and defense of the work achieved by the project
5. Types of organizational structures, what is the planning,
6. Personnel management, work incentives.
7. management functions
8. Stages of development management, relationship goals and interests of the company and manager.
9. Draft Energy Program
10. Formulation of the objectives of corporate power.
11. Compiling a list of measures, the evaluation and selection of measures.
12. Tender, budget, determining demand.
13. Energy management in its planning and organization.
