Upon successful completion of the course, the student will acquire knowledge in the design of energy systems and their components. The student will be able to develop and interpret balance diagrams, P&ID diagrams, and control schemes, and apply them in the design of energy systems. Furthermore, the student will be able to prepare a basic calculation project and propose a constructional solution for selected equipment, including its main components. The student will also demonstrate an understanding of design methodologies in energy engineering and the basic principles of intellectual property protection, including utility models and patents.
