Summary

The aim of the subject is to offer the latest scientific knowledge from the fundamental areas of enterprise management. The subject assumes basic knowledge of main management sources and processes to explore them deeper in the relation with specific internal and external conditions of manufacturing companies. There are, in the frame of the subject presented and verified on case studies of successful enterprises contemporary approaches to company management and its subareas and mainly flexible organizational structures adjusting to the dynamics of economic environment.
