Phase balance of heterogenous systems

Summary

The subject defines basics of the field of thermodynamics of heterogeneous systems. It makes students familiar with a natural relations of balance of ceramic systems, to aim at acquiring rules of interpretation of multi-component balanced phase diagrams. The attention is paid to ability of being able to evaluate corrosion resistance of ceramic systems in the places of their operation.
