Quality Management Systems

Summary

Students might understand the principal consequences and reasons for creating,
maintenance and development of company´s quality management systems. The
explanation of key items is stressed with special regards to quality
assurance in design stage, purchasing, production, services etc. The students
also learn to calculate costs and effects related to quality and another types
of measurements in quality management systems. The basic features of various
conceptions of quality management systems will be explained too. The seminars
are focused on case studies solving in the field of customer value analysis,
benchmarking, self -assessment and non-conformity control.
