Summary

The subject is focused especially on the procedures and methods of quality management during pre-production phases of quality spiral. Attention is paid to the processes of products and processes quality planning and to the selected methods which increase effectiveness of their realization, e. g. QFD (Quality Function Deployment), Design Review, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Process Capability Analysis and Seven New Quality Management Tools.
