8. Self-assessment - procedures and techniques. Logic frame RADAR and its use.
9. Another approaches to searching opportunities for improvement.
10.Process, system and organization performance measurement. The Balanced Scorecard methodology and its application.
11. Continuous improvement methodologies.
12.The Six Sigma programs - their application in practice.
