Methods of Quality Planning and Improvement

Summary

The subject is focused to the mastering of selected methods of quality planning and improvement. In the quality planning field attention is paid to the methodical approaches to product quality planning and to selected methods of quality planning, as QFD, FMEA, process capability analysis and seven new quality management tools. In the field of quality improvement attention is paid to the methodology of improvement, seven basic quality management tools, statistical process control and acceptance sampling.
